Simon Knight is the Creative Director at
Twentyfourten Ltd and is co-founder of the company.
Simon has worked as a web designer since 1999 and creates design specifically tailored for web (as opposed to creating a design and shoehorning it into a web environment). Simon is a ‘user-focused’ designer and any visual he creates is practical as well as aesthetically striking.
“Simon will take a detailed design brief and come up with inspired visuals to match your ideas”
While Simon was Lead Web Designer at Leap Frog Communications (2000–2002) he headed the Web Accessibility team who won the 2002 National Library for the Blind’s ‘Visionary Design’ award for the Local Heritage Initiative’s website.
Simon left Leap Frog Communications (with his designs having helped the company be awarded ‘Best Web Design Company’ at the Yorkshire Internet Awards) and setup his own company; Twentyfourten Ltd. Simon was soon recognised in his own right by the same awards body when Twentyfourten were short listed in the ‘Best New Web Design Company’ category for 2004.
Simon is responsible for the day to day running of Twentyfourten, manages your project from planning to completion and heads the development team scaled to match your websites needs.
